How It Works

 

1. Tell Me About Your Letter.

​

Complete the form below with information about your letter: Who it's for, the purpose, what you'd like to express, and the outcome you desire. After I review your message, I'll call or email you with any questions I have to help me understand and clarify, or add to the letter. I do this because it is often necessary to give you the best letter possible and to complete your request to the best of my ability.

 

2. Price Quote

 

I'll contact you after I've reviewed all the information gathered. I'll send a price quote within 1-2 business days after this review. The price will be based on the rates shown below. Unless you request major additions beyond our initial discussion, this price will remain firm. You'll receive a price quote and a Wix invoice for 50% deposit. Payment is due in 5 days.

 

3. First Draft

 

I'll provide a first draft for your review after payment. All first drafts are for review purposes only. After your review of the first draft, please share any concerns, additions, or thoughts as to the content of the letter.

 

4. Final Draft & Revisions

I'll now write and send the final draft of the letter. Two revisions are included in the original price. If additional revisions beyond the two included are needed, they are $25 each. The final draft is for review and approval only. After you approve the final draft, you'll receive a price quote and a Wix invoice for the remaining balance (50% of the original price plus any applicable revision fees). Payment is due within 5 days.

 

5. Final Delivery

 

Your completed letter will be delivered as a PDF via email, ready to print or share, after payment is received.

 

Pricing

 

Pricing is based on length and complexity. Every letter includes consultation, first draft, two revision rounds, and final PDF delivery.

 

Personal Letters (1 page or less) — $50

Heartfelt messages, life advice, family communications, expressions of love.

 

Personal Letters (2 pages) — $75

Heartfelt messages, life advice, family communications, expressions of love.

 

Professional/Business Letters — $75

Workplace correspondence, formal communications, and references.

 

Legacy/Guidance Letters (2+ pages) — $150

Comprehensive life guidance, values transmission, and complex content. Example: The letter to my great-grandson, Gunnar (Services & Samples).

 

Final pricing is determined during our consultation and confirmed in your Wix price quote.

When do I pay?

All letters require two payments:

• 50% deposit after you receive and approve the price quote, before I begin writing

• 50% final payment after you approve the final draft and before delivery.

How long does it take?

Most letters are completed within 1-2 weeks, depending on the letter's complexity and your response time during revisions.

 

What's included in the price?

Initial consultation, first draft, two rounds of revisions, final draft, and final PDF delivery.

 

What if I need more revisions? Two rounds are included. Additional revisions are $25 each (rarely needed).

 

Can the price change?

The quoted price is firm unless you request significant additions beyond our original discussion.
